Summary:  The effect of wind velocity upon the leaf temperature of citrus was measured in relation to solar radiation at the wind velocity range from 9 to 400cm/sec. For the purpose of measuring natural surface temperature of the leaf, the measuring method was minutely examined. The results are summarized as follows: (1) For consant solar radiation, the leaf temperature at the lower wind velocity decreased rapidly with increasing velocity of wind blowing parallel to the leaf surface, while at the higher slowly. (Fig. 1). (2) For constant wind velocity, the leaf temperature increased in almost linear proportion to solar radiation. (Fig. 2).
