The purpose of this research study is to examine how the move to digital banking affects customers. It also aims to look at customer perception of digital banking during COVID-19, as well as analyze the factors influencing use of digital banking during the Pandemic. This study seeks to provide a clear picture of how consumers feel about their banks' e-services. |
