Summary:The RBI and the National Payment Corporation of India have made a number of significant actions and attempts to improve the payment and settlement system in banks, including the creation of the Unified Payments Interface and the Bharat Interface for money. The purpose of this research study is to examine how the move to digital banking affects customers. It also aims to look at customer perception of digital banking during COVID-19, as well as analyze the factors influencing use of digital banking during the Pandemic. This study seeks to provide a clear picture of how consumers feel about their banks' e-services.
