Summary:	Abstract Analyzing the results of the basin modeling using software complexes, preparing of the maps of the generation and accumulation hydrocarbon systems in the waters of the Eastern Arctic is performed. Studying of sedimentary complexes was performed and graphs of geological events were plotted within the limits of five hydrocarbon systems. Land prospectivity categories were defined in accordance with estimates of the specific densities of the default predicted resources.
