Ordered Ca3TaGa3Si2O14 crystals: growth, electromechanical and optical properties

Ordered Ca3TaGa3Si2O14 crystals from langasite family are grown. Full sets of elastic, piezoelectric and dielectric constant are determined. Some characteristics of elastic wave propagation are calculated.
