Summary: | In this paper, the model reference adaptive fault-tolerant control (AFTC) scheme is developed for a class of uncertain linear systems with multiple time delays and actuator failures. Based on the model reference matching condition, a novel variable gain fault-tolerant controller with the corresponding adaptive parameter updated laws is designed to effectively compensate for the actuator faults and time-delayed perturbations. By using the Lyapunov stability theory, it is proved that all the closed-loop signals are uniformly bounded, and the state tracking error can asymptotically converge to zero. Simulation results are provided to verify the efficiency of the proposed method. |
