Summary:Trust in Cloud Computing is a very important factor. At any instant of time, there must be a trustworthy relationship between the Cloud Service Provider and the Cloud Customer. This paper discusses a novel mobile agent based approach of ensuring trustworthiness in the Cloud. The idea revolves around three entities namely a Cloud Broker, Cloud Customer and the Cloud Service Provider. On the basis of penalties, prize points and monitoring mechanisms of mobile agents, trust is ensured.
