Description
Summary:In this paper we compare two methods that lead to distance and velocity estimation of fast moving objects at very close ranges based on Doppler radar signals in real time applications. The first goal of this work has been to find an algorithm and the adjustments to get stable and precise actual state estimations using a low power Doppler radar in field applications. The claim is to reduce the measurement equipment costs. The second step will be an appraisal if this approach can be realized on a real time system.
