Improved Architecture of a Piezoelectric-Technology-Based Micromanipulator

In this paper, we present a new piezoelectric micromanipulator on printed circuit board (PCB). The structure and functionality and as well their special qualities are described. The micromanipulator combines a micro gripper and a xyz -micro positioning system.
