Moon-limb reflection of radio waves during solar eclipse on May 31, 2003
During observations of a solar eclipse on May 31, 2003, a zone of brightness was discovered in the Moon limb in a polarization channel of a 13.5-mm wave. This was either due to the reflection of radio waves from its surface or to their refraction in the circumlunar plasma.
