Edge waves propagating along an angular junction of two semi-infinite membranes bounding an acoustic medium

We consider existence of localized waves capable of propagating along the edge of two contacting membranes bounding a medium. The proof of the existence is reduced to study of the discrete spectrum of the corresponding operator attributed to the problem.
