Summary:This article aims to analyze the process of implementing strategies in reality the Public Minsterio of Santa Catarina. The research is configured from the single case study research strategy and data were collected through the following instruments: bibliographical research, documentary research, semi-structured interviews and systematic observation. The conclusion highlights practices that tend to promote the implementation of strategies such as the engagement of the institution's strategic summit with the process of implementation of the strategies and employs lawsuits that already existed to incorporate new features in the organizational culture; and certain practices that tend to hinder the implementation process, as the gap between the planners and executors of strategies and the lack of simultaneous vision between planning and execution. Keywords: Strategie. Strategic Planning. Implementation. Este artigo tem por objetivo analisar o processo de implementacao das estrategias na realidade do Ministerio Publico de Santa Catarina (MPSC). A pesquisa se configura a partir da estrategia de pesquisa de estudo de caso unico, e os dados foram coletados por meio dos seguintes instrumentos: pesquisa bibliografica, pesquisa documental, entrevista semiestruturada e observacao sistematica. A conclusao destaca determinadas praticas que tendem a promover a implementacao das estrategias, como o engajamento da coalizao dominante da Instituicao com o processo de implementacao das estrategias formuladas a partir do planejamento estrategico e emprega processos legais ja existentes para incorporar novas diretrizes na cultura organizacional; e praticas que tendem a dificultar o processo de implementacao, como o distanciamento entre os planejadores e os executores das estrategias e a falta da visao simultanea entre o planejamento e a execucao.
