Summary: | The current--voltage characteristics of Mn[Ga.sub.2][Se.sub.4] single crystals have been investigated. The measurements were performed in the range of electric fields from the level at which the Ohm law is satisfied to 10 V/cm, and in the temperature range 300-400 K.
