Summary:The I C (H) characteristic of the as quenched metallic glass Zr 78 Co 22 nas been measured under transverse fields. At T\leqslantT C , a new type of multivalued I C (H) characteristic has been observed for the first time. Based on the analysis of microstructure and crystalline phases of samples, a model of superconducting phase separation has been proposed and the observed experimental phenomena have been explained qualitatively.
