Description
Summary:We propose a low-voltage-signaling complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) receiver with dynamic threshold control. The proposed dynamic threshold control receiver (DTCR) can be realized with a simple CMOS circuit, using a variable logic threshold inverter (VT-INV) consisting of two variable-channel-size MOSFETs (VS-MOSs). The characteristics of the DTCR are evaluated using a test circuit, and its capability for high-frequency-noise filtering is confirmed.
