Fractional Parts of Noninteger Powers of Primes

Let be any fixed noninteger. In the paper, we prove an analogue of the Bombieri–Vinogradov theorem for the set of primes satisfying the condition . This generalizes the previous result of Gritsenko and Zinchenko.
