Description
Summary:Non-linear susceptibility measurements of ferroelectrics and related materials allows to unambiguously recognize the type of the phase transition. Although, such devices are not available commercially. We present here a non-linear susceptomer with few improvements, that allow to expand the frequency range of measurement to higher frequencies. Namely, this susceptometer is implemented with phase shift calibration procedure. Improvements described here may allow measurements with fundamental frequency as high as 1/10 of the sampling frequency.
