Summary:Abstract Nephrogenic adenoma also referred to as nephrogenic metaplasia is a rare benign condition occurring most frequently in the urinary bladder. It is most commonly associated with chronic inflammation and genitourinary trauma and can present with a broad spectrum of histological features.
