Rapid Crystallization of Natural Sugars in Bee’s Honey under the Influence of Nanosecond Microdischarges

Electrical nanosecond microdischarges are produced in bee’s honey as an oversaturated solution of sugars for the first time. It is shown that a periodic sequence of microdischarges causes rapid crystallization of sugars.
