Description
Summary:Poly(2‐oxazoline)s (POXs) were employed as a new class of host defense peptide mimics. As reported by R. Liu and co‐workers in their Research Article on page 6412, these functional peptide mimics show potent in vitro and in vivo antimicrobial activity against methicillin‐resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) while alleviating antibiotic resistance and killing antibiotic‐tolerant MRSA persisters through a reactive oxygen species (ROS)‐dependent mechanism.
