Commenting on the appointment, AfDB President Akinwumi Adesina said, "Racine brings deep knowledge of the economies of the Central Africa region, extensive experience of the Bank's lending and non-lending operations and an ability to forge strategic partnerships with other development agencies. STANCHART GHANA APPOINTS NEW DIRECTORS Standard Chartered Bank has appointed Professor Akua Kuenyehia as Independent Non-Executive Director and Henry Baye as Executive Director. Henry Baye is currently the Head of Retail Banking, Standard Chartered Bank Ghana Ltd, with oversight responsibilities for West Africa.
