The tolerance for the production of the go and not-go sides has determined, which is equal to 4 µm. The magnitude of the inward shift in the middle of the tolerance interval of the passage side of the snap-gauge was 3.5 µm. The limit value of wear, which has checked with a control plug-gauge, was +3 microns. The tolerance for the manufacture of the dimensions of the control plug-gauge has also determined, which was 1.5 microns, and the limiting dimensions of the control plug-gauge has calculated. Taking into account the calculated values, has built a diagram of the location of the snap-gauge tolerance interval for controlling the shaft size 048.8−0.041−0.016.
