In collecting the data, the researcher used questionnaire spread to 160 training participants. The data analysis technique is path analysis. The research result shows, (1) there is a direct influence of training participants’ education background towards the studying motivation in doing training activities, (2) there is a direct influence of training participants’ economic background towards the studying motivation in doing training activities, (3) there is a direct influence of training participants’ education background towards the study result, (4) there is no direct influence of training participants’ economic background towards the study result, (5) there is a direct influence of studying motivation in doing training activities towards the training participants’ study result.
