| Summary: | José Manuel Marrero Henríquez José Manuel Marrero Henríquez is the author of Documentación y lirismo en la narrativa de Ignacio Aldecoa and of a number of articles on genre conventions, ethics and criticism, ecocriticism, and Spanish and Spanish American Literature. He has recently published El paisaje literario, an anthology of landscape representation in Hispanic Literatures. His research interests lie in Francisco González Díaz´s works, the literary representation of landscape, ecocriticism, and the impact of tourism and environmental policies in literary landscapes. In his academic career have played an important role the Universidad de La Laguna, Washington University in St. Louis, Trinity College (Connecticut), and The School of Criticism and Theory. José Manuel Marrero Henríquez is Professor of Literary Theory at the Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. |
